I had to reinstall everything on my sisters computer because she was whining about it. This in itself is annoying, but the fact that it was a Dell laptop makes it even worse. A bunch of little things Dell does with their comptuers drive me crazy. Why do you put the activation number for windows on the bottom of the laptop???? It is very difficult to copy from the bottom of a laptop directly to a screen.(I was forced to write it down twice) Why are the resource cds not labeled correctly?? I went through about 10 of them before finding the right one. I also hate windows and norton antivirus. It takes hours to update the software………….
