Wow…down for a month and didn’t even notice

So the site has been down since the 8th due to some sort of caching problem, but the problem has now been fixed by updating to the newest version of wordpress.
I wanted to post about google’s cool spreadsheet feature, but I am out of time. Here is an example spreadsheet I made.

Google: If you don’t like it…sign out

I think google just gave some pretty strange advice in their recent blog post.
 ”If you don’t want to see personalized results, just sign out of your Google Account.”
Last time I checked you could turn that feature off without signing out of your account. That would be a pretty annoying way of turning a feature off.


Why Did Google Buy Youtube?

It seems like one of the major reasons is that they just wanted to improve their video search. With youtube included in the search results people might actually start using the google video search.
